I am an immigration attorney focused exclusively on the EB-2 National Interest Waiver. My practice is dedicated to helping scientists, engineers, researchers, physicians, and entrepreneurs obtain permanent residence in the United States without the need for an employer sponsor.
The NIW is a uniquely powerful immigration pathway — but it requires a carefully constructed legal argument. I bring a methodical, evidence-driven approach to every petition, building the case around the specific facts of each client's background and the current USCIS adjudication standards set forth in Matter of Dhanasar.
My practice is intentionally small. I take on a limited number of cases so that every client receives direct attorney attention from start to finish — not a paralegal, not a case manager, but the attorney who will sign the petition and stand behind the work.
